TSPlus Universal Printer Not Printing
Universal Printer works with print redirection to local PC through https/https. The same pool is shared by all users. So if there is a printing issue with one user/client, all other print jobs from rest users will stuck in queue.
Solution: Open TsPlus admin tool in administrator account of the server. Select printer, Then open Universal Printer Manager. Then select view printer. Now delete all pending print jobs.
If still any print job remains, retstart print spooler from services.msc and then try again.
