I Forgot My Admin Password / How To Reset Admin Password :

 How to reset admin password in Postmaster Express :

• Shutdown Postmaster.
  
  
• Go to "\Program Files\QLC\pmxv7\conf\users\n\" directory.
  
  
• Locate the file "admin" here and delete it.
  
  
• Restart Postmaster. (Now the password is reset to "admin".)

How to reset admin password in Postmaster Enterprise :

• Shutdown PMEv7.
  
  
• Go to "\Qlc\shared\utils\" directory.
  
  
• Locate the file "pme-admin-reset.bat" and paste it in the "QLC" directory
  
  
• Double-click this file and follow the process.
  
  
• This will reset the password to "admin".
